I checked my controll panel in windows. it said “installed RAM:4gb (you can only use 2gb)
then i was like wtf… so i tried to change place for my RAMs (got 2x4gb) A red light near the RAM was lit when i started my comp, so i changed them back to normal possision again. Then i started my comp again, now my screen says “no signal” WTF! Help <3
Blow out dust.
It says no signal because the RAM isn’t fully inserted in the memory bank.

You need a 64 bit processor.
How can i see that i have a 64bits pross?
Post more info about your PC dude. It could be anything from using 32-bit OS to bent pins if you’re using Intel CPU.

More precisely he needs a 64 bit OS, but still even a 32 bit OS should enable at least 3GB of RAM.
Suggests other problems, but to check press [windows key] + [break/pause] this brings up the system information. Then its what it says next to system type will either be 32 bit or 64 bit
edit: Thanks for destroying my post with escaping. gg

keep in mind your graphics card well swallow a bit of RAM aswell :D
Well since you have an i7 I would say tha pins on your mobo are probably bent.
There were some people with similar issues. for example here http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/267749-12-windows-usable
GL finding and repairing them if it’s true.
