Problem with ping @ Tf2

So I have been having these random ping spikes in tf2 for a few days now. I can play few games with normal 30-60 ping and then it jumps to 100-250 ping and won’t come down.
When checking with speedtest it says my ping is 30-40 so it’s normal but it jumps at tf2. Any help?
