PHP WEBUI / STATS setup problem

Hello ,
I would like to have MGE stats on my public server sadly enough my php/html knowledge is ZERO i was wondering if someone like to help me out with this issue ?

is it a case of you have a site and just wanna display the stats from your database or are you saying
hey guys make me a free site to display my stats?
(honestly I think you should learn to do it your self it, isn’t that hard few google searches)
Oh dear .. webspace is up but sadly enough the READ ME file is not that “clear” on how to install the WEB stats so for people who have no knowledge of php it’s hard.That’s why i’m asking if a kind person can help me out setting it up.
