my overlay is broken http://i.imgur.com/iKH2P.jpg name is completely white compared to transparent-look doesnt get lighter when someone talks too.

Yup, same thing happening over here.
Just disabled the overlay, don’t need it all that badly.
That’s the price you pay for alttabbing.
Same problem. Annoying.
Same. I use windowed and no-border even after the alttab fix for fullscreen.

Yup I’ve had this since the recent update as well. I run windowed too. Looks fugly and not that clear, but I can live with it. If you set the overlay to display just the talking person, then you won’t be bothered too much. Showing all the players all the time takes up too much screen space anyway.
If anyone hasn’t noticed yet, you have to add -nod3d9ex in the launch options to fix the overlay.
