SSD Tweaking/Cleaning

Hey techies, I’m about to install my brand new OCZ Vertex 3 120GB but I’m not sure whether I should be using some of the tweaking/cleaning programs that I used to religiously run almost everyday with my HDD, such as Tune-Up, CCleaner, Advanced SystemCare, GameBooster.
Is any of these beneficial on a SSD? How about registry cleaning? I tried googling and browsing OCZ forums but there seem to be controversial opinions on the subject – or none at all
Are there any tweaking/cleaning programs designed specifically for SSDs? I only found http://majorgeeks.com/SSD_Tweaker_d6382.html , any feedback?
Registry cleaning with an automated or semi-automated tool is a horrifically bad idea. Don’t do it.
Before you do anything make sure you do the firmware update, you can’t do it on the drive if it is running the windows so you’ll need to boot windows from another drive to install it

Supplementing a tool that is doing little more than guesswork with a user who inevitably has no idea what it is suggesting is a recipe for disaster.

TuneUp Utilities’ reg cleaner does a pretty damn good job in my experience.. Have been using it for years and it never broke anything.
