No fps at tf2 >_

Hello, I playing tf2 alot of time… also another games on steam.. I opend tf2 one day and what I see? I have no fps like 10~20fps also using chris maxsframes cfg and dxlevel 81
As I saw its happend already on those games: CODmw3,cs,css etc…
someone can help me?
P.S: I had like 60~120 fps before… idk why its happend

As you say its happening on your other games also, either your video driver is messing up, windows is just getting shitty or something is breaking (ram, graphics card overheating).
If its the graphics card and you have an old computer, you probably have craptonnes of dust/lint, just clean the card with some canned air.
Id recommend reinstalling tf2, reinstalling graphics drivers, reinstalling max frames config.
Depending on internet speed, it shouldnt really take more than overnight. :) Good luck.

Your configs are out of date and your stuffs are all fragged up. Update and defrag.
