Whenever i try to join a pub server my hl2.exe stops working
and clues what to do?
Remove hud, config, etc.
Still have the same issue? -> Remove tf folder
and then when i removed that?
Then you start the game to see if it works yet..
Then what about the folder?
Steam will re-download any missing files, so you’ll have the latest &original version.
oh btw deleting the ClientRegistry.blob file tends to fix a bunch of issues as well – it’s in the main steam folder if I’m not mistaken
