Problem with cpu's and Chris' config.

So, basically, I am using Chris’ dx9frames config at the moment.
Today I noticed that my tf2 only uses 1 of 4 available cpu’s. I decided to alt-tab while I was in-game and changed 1 using cpu to all 4. After I got back in-game I joined the public server, everything worked fine, but it wasn’t any better than if I was just using 1 cpu. So I decided to change it all back.
The next time I join the server, I see that my config is just not working and fps is dropping from 90 to 20 instead of constant 132.
After this happened I tried changing working cpu’s to 4 again but every time I run the game it all restarts. So if I want to play properly, I have to alt-tab every time I join the game and choose 4 cpu’s on my hl2.exe.
What is the problem?

try mat_queue_mode -1
and what happened to #christf2 ?!!?!?!?
p.s. tf2 uses two cores at max, and u shouldnt adjust anything in process manager since u dont seem to understand how it works
