the problem is the psu brand, if its not a good psu it could simply fry all ur system if u overload it

Well this cooler was fine until about 2-3 months ago, so it implies that something has gone wrong, most likely the cooler?

most likely its much hotter atm than it was 2 or 3 months ago

therefore increased ambient temp has fucked u up. that is all

take the heatsink off and get some arctic silver thermal paste. its about a quid.
get some vodka or white spirit and dab it onto a tissue and wipe off all the old thermal paste. then apply new shit. it may help it may not.

or

just drill a shitload of holes in the top of your case and stick some 120mm fans in there problem solved.

mine has been cutting out if i turn my fans off recently. but normally i have no issues. its just because its hotter for me atm. i expect by late autumn t will be cool enough to not need my fans on again.
