Steam Fatal Error

So today i installed this game: http://store.steampowered.com/app/31740/
restarted pc and when i tried to open steam it just shows me this error: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/802/errorb.jpg/
mybe someone can help?

yes and didnt helped
delete everything but steam.exe and steamapps folder
fuck i got 2 os on my pc (windows7 and xp) but steam is working only on w7 so problem is somewhere on xp not on steam ;[

Please do search Google for the error before you give out random advice. 99% of cases is not 100%.
Menu Start -> Run -> sfc /scannnow first of all.
