Huge FPS lag spikes.

I’ve always had that freezing shit but now (Since yesterday) I’ve started lagging to like 15 fps from 120ish, for about 10 seconds at a time.
Turn the hacks off? :P
Tried defragmentation, scan for viruses, make sure AV is off while playing and all that stuff?
Thanks for the reply but it turns out my ATI tray tools profiles were getting mixed up and my starcraft profile was being used! :)
