im getting this alot (hi chris) in tf2, like 200 of em per second

ok. start like this:

* “vgui/logos/ui/spray”: it probably has to do with sprays.
–> Question: What are sprays and what can you do with them? pictures in your steam folder. the ones you put there by changing yours and the ones you’ve (automagically) downloaded from public servers. you can’t (close enough) use them on sv_pure servers.

* “error loading vmt file”: so there’s probably something wrong with the picture file. or it doesn’t even exist to begin with.
–> Question: Where is that goddamn thing? What’s wrong with it? Does it really matter what’s wrong with it?

Was a picture I was using for a spray that did not exist, causing this, changed spray and tf2 stopped giving this. do I get the self-ndependent-tf2-player Badge now C:?
