We recently played against a team who had much quicker spawns than us. the hell? I think the config was the right one; is this a bug or something. one of many examples; I killed a scout, died 2 secs later, had 15 second spawn (i died on a mid fight, he too) he spawned 3 seconds after. neither team capped middle, btw
