TF2 feels jittery

Okay. So sometimes my TF2 feels awesome, as it should but other times it just feels really sloppy and jittery despite me having a constant 131 fps.
I have an i7, 16gb ram and a Radeon HD5770 so my PC is the least of my worries.
Things I have tried:
-running in full screen mode instead of windowed mode
Any ideas??

edit: using a lil’ bit modified HIGHFRAMES from chris.
Yep, same – happened recently.
Windows 7, runs fine on 90-120 fps with highframes.

when i play with maxframes i have 20 of choke almost everytime and i cant hit anything
i removed it and i now have 0-3 of choke. It’s pitty because i prefer playing with shit graphic to get some visibility
Could be an internet problem, cl_interp. It caused huge amounts of choke when I set it to the values recommended by Chris (both good and bad internet settings). I ended up setting it to 0.033 which has been fine a long time now.
I haven’t experienced it personally (using dx9frames), however…
Would anyone affected that is using my config (NO support for modified configs, if you have modified it, don’t expect help) please post the following information in this thread:

i will properly try this evening old/new configs and i will try to isolate the problem
i dont have the problem anymore after -autoconfig + removing cfg

Yes this does stop it for me but it was never a issue before
