Unknown Items

Installed a new HUD today, loaded tf2 up and all my items/hats are listed as Unknown Items. Google gave me no answers, anyone can help? :<

That HUD must be using an older method of getting the items. Since the last update all items are called Unknown Item on the server (which is not visible unless you use a plugin), though it works fine on the client for me.
