I pulled out my shift key how to put back ? theres like a metal U thing and everything i try to put it in it sticks inside and doesnt pop back up

Presumably it’s a rubber dome with the metal clip to make it go up and down smoothly.

All keyboards have stabilizers on the bigger keys.

Im going out on a limb here, but Im gonna guess he put the key on top of the metal thing and presed down.
use a hammer – everything is fixable with a hammer
