Reinstalled steam - Mouse acceleration even though I didn't change any settings?

I reinstalled steam on friday, copied my configs etc back yet my mouse feels off. Like it’s got mouse acceleration turned on (it was off before), yet ingame options says it’s off. Anybody had this before and how did they fix it?
