how do i fix this

formatted pc a week or 2 ago, launched tf2 before installing gfx card drivers by mistake, reinstalled tf2 after installing drivers but im still left with this annoying thing on badlands floor

doesnt really appear in any other maps, maybe in some but on textures that you really dont even notice

i did, it downloaded a 5mb update which i thought would fix it, but it didnt :/

ati 4850, never had this problem before my format, no hardware has been changed
Bad cheat, only the models are supposed to be wireframe.

if you are using a fps-config, try to turn them off. if this fixes the problem, you know it’s caused by any of the commands in there.

i can try but have been using the same fps config for fucking ages and the problem only occured since the last format

Try the fps config first i.e. if you use one remove it and see how it works out. If that doesn’t fix it, this is a similar problem I had in Battlefield Bad Company 2 and other games with Ati card, it was the “Mid-Map” setting rather than putting it application controlled I manually put it on max, that might not be it, but my point is mess around with your gfx settings and that could/most likely be it, as it’s to do with polygons not being picked up going by that screenshot.
