Mumble bandwidth

My download rate drops heavily at times, voices start to stutter and ping shoots up, any idea how to decrease mumble incoming voice bandwidth (hence decreasing incoming audio quality)?

run it in tcp mode

that wont decrease bandwith but its not like bandwith is the problem anyway
