cant launch tf2

This is stupid. Every time I try to launch TF2, the little log pops up saying that its about to start tf2, then it disappears and steam starts validating tf2 files. Every single time i try to launch the game this shit happens. WTF?
Tried to delete the steam .blob files, didnt help.
try renaming yout team fortress 2 forlder “Team Fortress 2 Original” and then make a new folder called “team fortress 2 and see if it will launch it then.
find it under. Steam/steamapps/username/team fortress 2
worked for me ages ago.
