My linux server crashed everytime I tried to change the map. I googled and found this: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=160973
Valve messed up the latest update and the vphysics.so is damaged. So if your server is crashing as well, download the old vphysics.so file from https://forums.alliedmods.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=88361&d=1309568266 and place it in your /orangebox/bin folder. Worked for me :)
This works only for linux servers and is a server side fix

edit: This fix should be no longer needed:

Updates to Team Fortress 2, Counter-Strike: Source, Day of Defeat: Source and Half-Life 2: Deathmatch have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The major changes include:

Source Engine Changes (CS:S, DoD:S, TF2, HL2:DM)

– Fixed a Linux dedicated server crash in vphysics.so

We ordered a server from HiperZ yesterday and I seem to be having the exact same problem at the moment. Gonna try your suggestion now, as apparently the server is linux as well.

EDIT: Changing map now works fine! :D Awesome, thanks for this Canfo.
