Hey guys! I got my Steelseries Siberia v2 today, and I’m kinda dissapointed. The first few moments my mic worked fine in mumble, but then it all suddenly stopped working. They are barelly hearing my voice and they hear all robotic sounds. So, anyone knows where this is about? I got the version w/o the USB station.
Any help would be appreciated!
Robo sounds? Damn i wish mine did that :(
Well either go through the mumble set up again or get a replacement for faulty headphones.

Nah, it’s not only mumble. Maybe it has to do something with my (old) audio drivers?
Robotic voice? If you mean a bit stuttery then its internet related I guess.
If that’s the case try listening to your voice back, Mumble > Configure > Audio Wizard > Next (Once) > start talking.

I returned it to the shop and got a new one, it’s working perfectly fine now..

fixed that for you.
I had the exackt same problem some time ago, and still have, but I went through audio wizard couple of times then I found out I had to warm up the mic, like say two sentences or something and then it worked, fucking wierd.

Clearly you should be more sensitive towards your mic, I think it might appreciate some foreplay.
