Windows was unable to complete the Format.

I have wiped an entire partition using the Advanced System Optimizer thing, but when I try to format it it says I cant.

Anyone know how can I format it and use it?
try do it thru run “format x:”
if that wont work you can try launching from safe mode and try again.

Why partition drives in the first place? ((
Either way: Start > Disk Management in search > Create and manage…
Use that, should be able to fix it there

so you can reinstall windows without having to backup/lose any files that are on the non windows partition

Also I reinstalled my windows, now I have my free space and the stuff I needed was saved.

Man I am just bored, I got to study for exams. Anyways I lost my whole 4chan folder so whatever.
Yes I save every 1080p wallpaper, I actually like those posted there.
