quick question, is it justifiable spending £300 on my brothers old pc?

His pc:
AMD Phenom 9850
ATi 4870 512gddr5
2gb 1066mhz Kingston Hyper X
Seagate barracude 7200rpm 750gb
MSi K9A2 Platinum mobo

My pc:
AMD Athlon 7550
4gb crucial ballistix ddr2
ATI Radeon HD 5670

any feedback will be appreciated :)

oh and um graphics card about 60-80 quid (although its an insanely good graphics card, way better than yours) and ermmm nothing else there is worth that much tbh.

250 -300 sounds about right for the full rig

just components probs 200-250 maybe

AnimaL

bit harsh to pay 300 quid for used pc that wouldnt even run tf2 with 120fps

it can be reasonable price for the deal, but you can aswell get used components u need for 300quid and have better build

that crappy phenom will not increase fps in tf2

maybe cod and bf, but not tf2
