Broken demo

I can’t view any demos from yesterday, this is both mine and from my team mate, at a point in the demo, it just stops working (hl2 has stopped working). The tick appears to be random and the demos work for other people. Anyone know a fix? Cos there is a frag I want from it.
They were recorded from P-rec, don’t know if that is useful. Tested on both pldx and normal.
Yeah, I sent it yo my demo, he could get past the tick (23067) no problem, but for me it just crashes. Only the demos from yesterday haven’t tested any demos from today, because I haven’t played, but will do once I have a demo to view.
well then, let the dude who can view it record it, upload it and you have no problems?
Yeah, this has happened to like 3 of my demos.
I havent found a solution for this either.
Ok, so new demos, same problem, so is it a problem with prec, or my tf2?
