Logitech G500 Not working

Hey, i’ve had my G500 for a month or so now, and it’s worked flawless until now. Without warning the mouse stopped working, it’s flashing red on the DPI gauge and it just WON’T WORK.
I searched on google but found nobody with the same problem.
Specs:
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
4.00 GB RAM
Processor: Intel(R) Core i3 CPU 550 @ 3.20 GHz
Had it for about 8 months now, never had any problems.

Alternately if you have no soul, buy a second, and take the defective one back for a refund :D.

I doubt it matters anymore, i contacted support and they say i could return it and get a new one.

Same shit recently, for me at least it was the wire snapping at the connection to the mouse.
Imma reinforce the joint on my replacement. Logitech are pretty swift with replacing in my experience so no worries on that.
