so i’d love to try/get some new mousepads.
So far i’ve been using Steel series 9HD teflon one with a variety of logitech mice (g5, g500 and mx518)
My sens in 0.8 @ 1800 dpi with maccel disabled and it takes me between 20-30 cm (not realy sure) to do a full 360
Can you suggest me something better?

I don’t know how well it works with the MX518, but I’ve had my Puretrak Talent for a year now, and it’s always been really great for me with my DAv1.

Well i’ve read many nice things about it so that would probably be my primary choice. Need to here something from the people that use mx518
Oh wait, I just remembered, I used the talent with my old MX518 for maybe ~3 months back in early 2010… that was pretty good too.
BoogieBug XL!
Cheap and 90cm of win!

any qck works great (with mx518) without any skipping or jitters
i agree
Every review says 9HD > QCK
With the only downside being 9HD’s size and price

I’ve got a Puretrak Talent + MX518 (1800dpi), and once in about 20 mouse lifts the laser will fuck up and start giving me jittery movement on the vertical axis, like this: http://i.imgur.com/jZxbN.png – that’s supposed to be a straight line!
It’s not too much of a problem (barely noticeable with a low sensitivity), and it’s temporarily fixed by picking up the mouse and putting it back down again.
Not sure what to say about their support, though, I emailed them about it and haven’t heard back from them in a week now..
