Insecure mode problems and other stuff

When I try to connect to a server it says:
You are in insecure mode. You must restart before you can connect to secure servers.
I tried -secure in launch options. Didnt work out. Any help, anyone else got this problems?
Another problem:
When I go to find server on main menu it says:
steam beta must be runing to use find servers
Any toughts on that? Help pls

I’d listen to this guy
If you had played some pirated games that use steam emulation in order to work they might be the source of your problems. At least they are for me :) a simple restart of steam always helps.
