Hello.
I am looking for a motherboard which can provide the most overclocking of my E8400 processor.

Current specs:
E8400 (without overclocking)
GTS 250 (PCI-E vcard)
350w PSU

You won’t get any benefit from overclocking your PC. The limit on that system is quite clearly the graphics card.

Just buy a bit more expensive socket 775 motherboard than the average are. All done. Also you should have a good cpu cooler, if you really wanna oc the cpu.

If u really want to bury money in a dead socket u could buy a P5Q turbo. Those could get your e8400 to 4.0 GHZ in a hurry. But you’ll also need a stronger PSU and a decent cpu cooler.
