Recruitment post issue?

Sorry if this doesn’t go in the forums, but I can’t think of somewhere else to ask.
I am new to this, and I made a recruitment post, but after I made it, now I can only see “A recruitment post with the specified ID was not found” even though I have clicked it from the recruitment pages. I’m not sure what I did wrong, but from that I’m fairly certain it’s something.
What do I need to do to create a proper recruitment post, with an ID? For now is it a good idea to close my current one and reopen a new one?

you can get your steam id by joining any tf2 server and typing “status” in console.
