So like I’m curious, ETF2L had the time to come to an agreement with STeelseries to sponsor S9 yet S8 winners that are waiting on the prizes, the info has not even been given to Steelseries?
How does that work? What the hell? :)

Couldn’t someone from steel series log on here and find out easy enough? It’s not like it’s super secret information.

Edit: Either that or you missed the super small print stating you had to play season 9 to get prizes from season 8..

I wouldn’t say reluctant as an active decision, they are probably just lazy and see giving prizes for free to a community site as a lower priority than other projects.

Yea, I knew about that :) It was more to do with getting my money back for my refunded ticket for i42. ballache much.

No i think you miss the point.
Steelseries is ready to give out prizes, but they have received no info from ETF2L itself.

It was the same in S7, where i actually contacted the person in charge of the sponsorship agreement to get things going between ETF2L and them. Basically it was on the ETF2L side that it was blocked as the official announcement of the winners to Steelseries was not done.
This is the case again in S8.

So like is this ever going to happen? Never thought ETF2L would be the ones not paying prizes…. :|
