Hey guys. My name is Michael and I need your advices to solve my problem.
My problem is in-game ping server. When im pinging in “cmd” I have normal ping (for a israeli player): 90-100ping, but after im joining a server (Germany/England/Netherlands located), I have 270-350ping and obviously I cant play.
Thanks in advance.

I’m having a shit routing from Germany to some dutch servers lately, too.
Apparently it’s routing me over the US.
Open up the command prompt, and type in “tracert IP-Address” (w/o quotes).
Replace IP-Address with one of the problematic servers, and post the result here preferably.

How can I prove to them thats it is their problem? In the CMD I have normal ping, but INGAME I have high pings…
first of all, what exactly did u ping? the exact server ip?

yes. What should I ping?
no thats fine
if ur ping is fine to israeli servers just do tracert ip
or try launching tf2 with -tcp parameter
