Internet explorer not loading :/

Check proxy settings (tools => internet options => connections => lan settings => untick proxy), i had some malware on my pc which changed that so i couldnt access steam via IE.
After installing a anti virus it told me to restart…. Once i restarted it looked like windows was starting back up. It hasnt i now have a black screen which i can only get task manager up and nothing else! any ideas how i can fix this? is there a way to format from the start up screen? alt+f9 doesnt seem to work :s HELP!

obv, the best thing still would be to format ur windows partition so all shit is cleaned fo so
someone should teach you about the registry and SID-locking soon :D

er, through the browser, not the search engine…
chromium is fine, but chrome… full of google privacy issues.
Chris can you link us to a site which points the downs of chrome’s privacy problems out? Searched a bit but the most points were made in 2008 when there was no incognito mode, an user id (which is removed by now) and fast tracking which every search engine uses by now. I’ve yet to find something which prevents me of sleeping well in the nights. I’m just curious.
