So what i was doing is putting move into usb flash drive and accidentally unplugged it. All data is fine and I don’t really care about it, but it is “damaged” now. It said to reformat it, but when I try to format it in usual way it gives an error. I was putting files with os x if it matters.

Put it into a 1000W microwave, it will reconfigure the internal systems to it’s original state.
