Which GSP to go for?

After multiplay have given us terrible service the last couple of months (server being laggy as fuck for everyone but me in our team), I’m looking around to find a decent GSP for TF2
Of course, 1000fps seems to be a load of crap but if you know of a place where you can get such a server cheaply, go ahead and shout. 500fps would be nice. Otherwise, reliable server provider with FTP access is what I’m looking for, either based in Holland or Germany.
Of course, mumble would be nice if it was included :D
So far, I’ve looked around, and nice-servers or pixel gaming seem to be the decent ones to go for.
I’ve also used gameservers, killercreation, and obviously multiplay in the past, all of whom have been relatively crap.
If you don’t mind UK, Q-Frag is a good choice. We have one and everything is pretty good.

Get a GSP with multiple locations that allows you to switch.
Ronny from nice-servers knows what he’s doing.
We’ve had a nice-servers one for a month, which was …. nice.
I’ve also heard multiple good stories about hiperz, which makes sense as it’s the successor of n1ping, i rented 2 n1ping servers for almost a year, great servers.
Hah i was gonna make this topic at the end of the month when our multiplay server ends, we’ve also had a terrible experience with it.
I’ve not had great experience with pixel either though, server just often lagged.
We’re interested mostly in severs located in nl, also providers which also do mumble too.

Could you elaborate? Whether it was for certain players, whether it was bad ping or just general lag despite having a decent ping, etc?

Similar to our current issue with multiplay (which they said will be fixed today, i haven’t checked yet)
Occasional 1-2 second freeze up every minute or so.
Had Clanhost.NL, good server/very bad customer service
After that had Verygames.co.uk :) Nothing to complain
gameservers.com is ok but atleast my server starts to lag alot after awhile so it has to be restarted alot. Not that big of a problem though.

Anyone else had this issue? Skyride feel like explaining about someone else being incompetent? Looking at pricing etc it still looks like it’s going to come down to pixel/nice :)
