Personal demos crash my game

Every time I try to open a recent personal demo my game crashes, I can watch other’s povs and stvs just fine but my own crash every time.. Anyone else got this?

have the same problem, it goes like 4 secs and then it crashes, it was not my own demo though

-autoconfig in launch options if the demo is recent
If it’s older, non-steam gogo.

continuous qq, hes even gone to extent of starting to talk to himself in mumble, its also becoming quite disturbing…

Remove anything non-vanilla in your tf folder (addons, scripts, hud, ..). If that doesn’t help, reinstall tf2 (and have steam cloud sync. turned off).
