Tried to create an open challenge, but it seems as if “open challenge” is considered a team, and this ‘team’ already has outstanding challenges!

Error: That team already has outstanding challenges. Please try again when some of these have been played or defaulted

I’ve seen others successfully create open challenges, but I still can’t. Am I the only one with this problem?
