When matches are defaulted. They just say a time. Is that time in my local time or the site’s time?
We try to set the default dates to a time that is convenient for both teams. However, this is not possible anytime e.g. if one team has players from the US and Europe or if an Australian and a US team are facing each other.
If European teams are involved, we will set the time to ~20-21 CET.
If you disagree to the default date and have a good reason for it, please contact an admin via IRC http://etf2l.org/etf2l/support/
However, if your opponent agrees you can reschedule the match without contacting an admin (but keep an eye on the match deadline!)
For your match http://etf2l.org/matches/23990/ the default time is: Nov 21, 2010, 02:30 CET.
That’s equivalent to Nov 20, 2010, 20:30 EST (adjust accordingly).
Thank you CanFo and Sheridyn. That’s all I was wondering. I’ve noticed that this site leaves out time zones a lot. But, I guess it’s all in the same time zone.

It can afford to, because in the rules it specifies it always uses one and the same timezone. Perhaps you should give them a read :)
