Weird Mumble activity

Every now and then, Mumble takes ages (several minutes) to open and in the meantime freezes my Start menu. Freezes my start menu.

What the fuck? Does anyone else get this at all?

I had the exact same problem yesterday. Restarting explorer.exe fixed it.
