Other people can't hear me in mumble, but I can hear them

So I’ve got this problem again. Can’t find the old thread i made so I just made a new one.
So after like 5-10 minutes in-game my team mates can’t hear me through mumble. The mic works fine.
I’m pretty desperate to get help.

I had this problem. I just went to control panel microphone settings and fiddled around with ticking the boxes till it works. But i’m sure someone else will have a better explanation.
