Mumble Overlay Broken After Updating Video Drivers

So I updated to the ati HD drivers released on the 9-10-10 or possibly 10-9-10 (fucking yanks). Since then mumble overlay refuses to work with anything. It’s enabled.
Either
1. Wait for a new driver update, or
2. Wait for a mumble update, or
3. Rollback to your previous drivers
