Time Zone?

What time zone does the match confirmation use? I tried to schedule 2PM PDT but it wont work, I’m assuming some European zone I don’t know about?
It’s GMT+1. At the main ETF2L page, there’s a clock you can use to check the exact time shift.

ETF2L announces all times in either Central Europe Time (CET) or Central European Summer Time (CEST). CEST in the summer, and CET in the winter. Always use the time it is in most of Europe. All matches have to be entered in CET/CEST. A clock displaying the current time can be found on our homepage.
