COnnecting to etf2l servers give you the stopwatch mode?

Or do you have to download it yourself?
stopwatch is included in the game. to activate it you need mp_tournament 1 and mp_tournament_stopwatch 1
rcon exec etf2l
rcon mp_timelimit 0
rcon mp_windifference 0
or download this

then
rcon exec etf2l_sp
