Moving a team member over

We’ve been trying to add a certain member to our team but can’t find his name on the drop list for adding someone to the team. We were wondering if it’d be possible to add him to the team now or would it be to late? Otherwise I think he’d work fine as a merc but checking just in case we can add him. Thanks
Yes it seems so, would you like a link to his profile? Is it too late to add him to the team?
A link to the player in question would be helpful yes.
And you are still free to add players as long as you stick to the maximum of 14 players rule.
He was on the list now, kind of odd, thanks for the information about adding players though! :)
