Mumble not picking up Mouse 4

i have mmble version 1.2.2 and my mouse is a razer diamond back 3g, it was working before but then i updated the driver for my mouse and mumble cant pick up my mouse 4 key for push to talk where as tf2 and other programmes can :S
edit: it cant pick up mouse 5 etc

bind it again and ram the button thirty times in rapid succession.
Not trolling, it’s what I had to do.
i had this! i uninstalled the drivers, and restarted. my mouse 4 and 5 were messed up, but the next day it returned to normal :S

Debian philosophy. It’s the right one.
With that said, your point is flawed. It’s a mouse driver. If the mouse driver he has is causing a problem like this your point is hardly valid.

if you still cant sort it out, a way out is usually to set mouse4 to act as shift(or whatever button you prefer) in the mouse config-software, and it will probably work.

um, remove your shortcut mouse4, then assign new key for Push-to-Talk feature.
My Razer Imperator’s Mouse4 is actually Mouse5 for Mumble. Same key.
