Experiencing MASSIVE ping after the update

After last update, i have VERY big ping. I always had a normal one, something around 60-70~~ or slightly more. And now i have 190 o.O. Do you know what happened and how to fix it?

Try opening your server tab, check if the server list is trying to refresh. Stop refreshing if it is, could be your problem.
