After Effect Exporting problem

When I try exporting something with After Effects, it works fine as long as I don’t tick the Audio box. As soon as I tick that and try to export, I get the following warning:
http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/kk199/joost1702/Klembord01.jpg
After every second of the avi it’s rendered. When I click OK, it will just continue rendering only to give the same error the second time it’s finished a full second rendering. When the thing is finished and I try to compress the whole thing with Easy H.264 it will work fine until it reaches frame 467 at which point it will just stop without any message at all.
When I don’t tick to include audio, neither error occurs and it just comes out like this:
http://www.mediafire.com/?9lysa4h4vcute4a (21.03MB)
No sound and triple the length it should be with the last two-thirds being solid black.
I’m stumped. Can’t find out what’s causing this. Anybody got any idea?
Edit: Well with some help from Skeej it seems I’ve found part of the problem. It doesn’t like me exporting with 100fps, Easy H264 compresses it when I export with 60fps. Still can’t do any sound though, it’ll render as long as I keep pressing ok but on the final compressed avi the sound cuts out after the first second.
No matter what I do it just refuses to export the sound properly. :S

Well at least I found consistency on where it stops compressing in Easy H264. At roughly the 8 second mark (Constantly frame 468 when on 60fps, constantly frame 1881 when on 240fps).
Trying to export as anything other than a Video for Windows instantly gives 2 errors. One about memory and another error called 0xffffffff.

If you can render them both separately out of Ae @lossless ofc, why not try muxxing them in meGUI?
I had this problem with CS4 agessss ago. I just gave up and went back to using CS3 until CS5 came out.
First of all, try configuring the the sound options in your after effects settings. Sometimes, it sets the incorrect device.
Secondly, try a different encoding approach. Such as rendering uncompressed + encoding it externaly (or even importing the uncompressed back to AE). If you can spare the space, this is generally a good process, as it will let you export more variances and give the option to back up important source material.
Thirdly, like Adam says – Install CS5. It won’t change the editing process much, but it gives a lot better performance if you have alotta ram/cores.

Sound + Video rendered seperately you mean? Will try that if my current attempt fails.

It doesn’t give me any sound options. I’ve only got 1 device as option and trying to render it as anything other than a .avi will instantly give a memory error.
I am constantly encoding it externally. Bad experiences trying to let AE encode it itself led to that.
Can’t install CS5, haven’t got a 64 bit OS. :)
EDIT: I’m gonna fucking cry. FINALLY managed to solve the sound (so easy, constantly forgot to set it to 44,1k. I left it on 48k.) and it goes in slowmo when it shouldn’t, though this is relatively easy to fix. Seems a simple framerate problem.
EDIT #2: Fixed playback speed, fixed sound, now it repeats the clip but the second part is without sound. Joy.

Yes, completely separate, then mux them with meGUI.
Try the settings below and render them out.
