Pretty pointless to be honest, all major providers take steps to make results at speedtest better than what they are in reality. If you want a speedtest you should just download http://speedtest.teksavvy.com/12000k — however it seems that OPs problem is with slow browsing, not slow downloading, which may imply bad settings.

Which browser are you using? I strongly suggest you do a fresh install of K-Meleon simply so that you have a good browser to determine whether the problem is browser related (this is of course assuming that you don’t already use K-Meleon, but nobody does despite it being the best one out there).

Does the problem still occur when browsing with K-Meleon?

There doesnt seem to be much difference chris, could there be somthing else that could be slowing down my browser?

It’s possible that some of your Windows network related settings are bad.

Had you fiddled with network settings in any way (either manually edited or used something like Dr TCP/TCP Opt) prior to this happening? Also, does this happen to any other computer on the same network?

search for Half-open_limit_fix_4.1.exe in case that link wont work

I believe you have torrents working.
