Ok, well first i want to say sorry if this topic has been made before, really sorry.
Basically every time i watch a youtube video, i can see 2-6 seconds of it then have to wait a minute to see another 2-6 seconds of it. It has only started happening today for me, every other day it was fine, would buffer perfectly and then i would watch instantly.
My steam has been dieing on me a lot as well. On friday it died 10 times and today it died twice already. Could this be to a bad net?
If any1 has had this problem before and fixed it, please tell me how.
I’ve also tried restarting PC and different browsers but no luck :(. I tried Google as well but no luck there. Tried restarting my router as well, still no luck >:|

I don’t see how this would help.
Last post suggests that your internet is ridiculously slow, which would explain why this is happening (a bit of a boring reason, but meh).
