Can I leave a team?

I made a team, but then I was going to join one of my friends, but he can’t add me because of the one I had made already. Is there anyway I can leave the one I made so I can join my friends?
I’m new here, another person joining for the medals/comp
yes you can, go to team admin at the top right and then go to teams at the left menu and there you will be able to leave your team
